Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website, physical stores, or other sales channels (collectively, “Services”). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please note: We do not offer refunds without a corresponding return of the purchased item(s). All refunds are contingent upon the successful completion of our return process.
- Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, the following conditions must be met:
Item Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery or purchase (as indicated on your receipt).
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or invoice is required.
Return Authorization: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer service before shipping any item back. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized, custom-made, or monogrammed items.
Intimate apparel, swimwear, or hygiene-related products (unless defective).
Gift cards, digital products, or downloadable software.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- No Refund-Only Policy
We do not process refunds without a physical return of the item. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent fraud, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain fair business practices. If you request a refund, you must return the item to us following the approved return procedure. Partial refunds or refunds for items not received by our warehouse are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Return Process
To initiate a return:

Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all accessories, and attach the provided return label.
Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item within 5-7 business days to verify it meets the eligibility criteria. If the item fails inspection, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
- Refund Method and Timing
Approved Returns: Once the return is approved, refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer refunds via cash, check, or alternative payment methods.
Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 10-14 business days after the return is approved. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping charges, gift wrapping fees, and any applicable taxes on original shipping are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If the desired exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. Exchanges follow the same return eligibility and process outlined above. Please note:
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund via store credit only (no cash refund).
- Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or exchange upon verification. This is the only exception where a refund may be issued prior to return receipt, but the defective item must still be returned to us.
- Store Credit Option
As an alternative to a standard refund, you may opt for store credit. Store credit is issued electronically and can be used for future purchases. It does not expire but is non-transferable and non-refundable for cash.
- International Returns
For orders shipped outside our primary country of operation:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable.
Returns must comply with the eligibility criteria and may require additional documentation.
